Tempting

Do you know what it's like to be cooped up in your own house with no friends for six months? I do. You forget how to talk to people normally, you forget how to smile without feeling fake and plastic, your friendships slowly dwindle to sad nothings, you think about killing yourself often, you climb into your bathtub fully clothed and let the shower run, totally drenching yourself while you wallow in self-pity, hugging your knees to your chest and crying. You start to withdraw from your family, growing distant from your parents and siblings. And when your dad scolds you asking if you treat your friends the same way you treat your mother, your instant reaction is to snap back, "I don't have any!" then the tears just come and you can't stop 'em. Well, maybe I'm just the most pathetic person on the face of this earth but that was how I reacted. I felt like dying every single day and that huge balcony was just so tempting. I just want you to know how much going to school means to me. It means there are people who care about me, people who are my friends, people who know my name. People I can go out and have fun with, good people. Thanks to everyone who cares about me enough to read my crap. Haha, here's to you. Cheers.

Free? Yes, free!

I feel . . . free. Free from Show & Tells, magazine articles, and miscellaneous presentations of the sort. FREE! Now I only have two things left to worry about: sharing on Friday, and Camp Comm.

I'm doing sharing on next, next Friday, if I'm not mistaken. Heh, better check the little white paper again. No idea what I'm gonna say though (as usual).

Camp Comm is fun because Karlyn and I got the job of assigning people their rooms and groups. xD Too bad we can't cause any mayhem 'cause everything has to go through Pas. Jackie and Sher-Mayne first. :'(

I am kind of pissed right now 'cause the stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid chinese channel is blaring courtesy of my grandma, and my brothers are watching a comedy with the volume on full blast. I am TRYING to listen to music but it's not working. AAAAAAGHH!!!!!!! I hate Chinese people and their stupid language. Hmph. Well, I don't mean YOU GUYS, but I hate the Chinaman mentality. If you know what I mean . . .

P.P.S.
I'm not being racist, I just find Chinese people and their culture very annoying. What with having to live with my grandma and all. Plus, the only relatives that I have are on my dad's side and they're not exactly the nicest people. I mean, come on! Not everything is about having lots of money and constantly picking on and scolding those who don't.

Pfft, I'm the monitor for this week and my bell seems kind of useless. Someone always shouts "Breaktime!" before I even get to ring the stupid thing. Hahaha. Well I guess it is useful for one thing -- ENDING the break. Since everyone wants a break and no one wants it to end. xD

Sports Day is coming up! Woo hoo, is everyone looking forward to a full day of sweating, cheering, sitting, standing, and eating bad food? YEAH. LOL.

New Layout!

I got bored with the old one. REALLY bored. If I stick to one layout for too long I won't feel like visiting my blog anymore 'cause to me it's just the same old, same old, b-o-r-i-n-g. :) Well that's remedied, for NOW.

I guess it's just that I KNOW how to change it so looking at the same thing over and over again is frustrating. You have this overwhelming urge to rip it out and start afresh. It's the same feeling you get when you buy something you really like, then obsess over it but get bored of it quickly. :P I used to do that with bags, but the lack of money has kind of removed that urge from me. Now I just use the same Converse bag everywhere I go. It's the most expensive bag I've ever bought for myself. Sixty-five bucks I think. :D What's the most expensive thing you've ever bought for yourself? (You can answer in the Cbox.)

Flashback #2 - It really is true, ridiculous as it may sound.

Not exactly on time with the weekly flashback thing but here it is anyway. Sorry I keep posting about my two littlest brothers. They just have the funniest stories. :P Don't worry! The next time it'll be about someone else. I promise.


This picture was taken before we left for Labuan. My brothers had just discovered that Carrefour had these new two-tiered trolleys. Can you believe? They were actually FIGHTING to push the trolley. Hah, but then my dad started walking off and they realized that if they wanted to push the trolley, they had to follow my mum (who takes an extremely long time, by the way) grocery shopping, and they took off after my dad like really fast rabbits. (Did I just say rabbits?)

AND guess what? Me, myself, and I got stuck pushing the stupid thing. Sigh. Did I really say rabbits?

Civilization?

I'm back to civilization! The trip was fun and I did some shopping too. *gasp* I actually spent money. Haha.. Haven't done that in a long time. Anyway, it's good to be in a place free of most insects again. You would not believe the amount of insects that are around you all the time there. My skin has been to hell and back. :D I survived.

We arrived back in Kajang Wednesday night and on Thursday I just rested at home. It was nice to actually not do anything for awhile. Lol.

For this trip we didn't stay in Cherating that much because there isn't much to do there. We went to a turtle sanctuary and we went to Kuantan twice which brought back a lot of old memories since I spent quite a bit of my childhood there. So much has changed! They have big shopping malls and even a cinema now. Haha. Oh, and we watched the Superhero Movie. It was NOT GOOD. Halfway through I wanted to stop watching. Goodness, how can one movie have so many sick jokes and be THAT disgusting. It was horrible. Some parts were funny but that's just too much. DO NOT go and see it. Okay? :) Just a little warning.

I think it was good that I got away from KL for the hols. If I had stayed here I would just be on the computer all day long and not do anything remotely productive. Over there I had to walk everywhere and I did lots of stuff so it was good. Hope you guys had happy holidays! I can't believe that we have only two days left till school starts up again. Sigh. Time flies!

P.S.
I totally forgot about this. The boys played paintball. It looked like tons of fun. My dad joined the last game and got tired really fast. I didn't play 'cause I didn't wanna ruin my shirt. So I got stuck on the sidelines taking pictures and videos. Haha. And the guy gave us a discount so it was really cheap. Well, it's not CHEAP of course, but much cheaper than in KL. And it was by the beach! Wherever you go in Cherating the beach is always there. Sigh. I miss it now. I wish I could have followed my dad to Labuan. More beaches!!! Hahaha, but at least he's bringing back lots of goodies 'cause imported chocolate and candy there is tax-free. :P Are you jealous yet? Don't worry, you will be. xD
