Early In The Morning

It just occurred to me that I didn't post about the ACGC08 Finale. Oh well, in short, JEREMY WENT ON A FREAKING FREEBIES RAMPAGE. Yeah. Then Jo, Jeremy, and I watched a rerun of Red Cliff in the cinema. We were all frozen when we came out thanks to the insane air conditioning! >.> But good movie. :) And at an even better price. :) (It's five bucks for reruns.)

My bros played in the COD4 tournament. Everyone was marveling at nine-year-old Jared pwning. Even the guys from ESP. :D [For those of you who don't know, ESP is a COD4 clan.] All three of them made it to semi-finals. Josh got owned by all the pros and lost. Then Daniel and Jared both had to give up their spots in the semi-finals 'cause it got too late. My dad said we had to get home. (I was sitting in a chair reading a mag, half-asleep/half-dead waiting for them to be done. Grrr~)

The whole day was very cool, though. I saw cosplayers, Mishie treated me to lunch (THANKYOUTHANKYOU *bows*), I got lots of freebies (aka junk), made new friends, poked a foot inside the beauty expo going on next door, saw all the COD4 pros in person and man, they have gaming gear! All the expensive keyboards and mouses and Razer mousepads all over the place. (One of them was the biggest mousepad I've ever seen in my life. It was much wider than my laptop and covered the entire radius of the guy's keyboard and mouse!) They even have special backpacks to fit their keyboards in. xD

Heh, maybe I'm making too much of this. But it was my first time to a convention so, too bad for you. ;D (This all happened on the first day of the convention. I didn't go for the second day, which was supposedly better 'cause they had everything all set up. The morning of the first day was slow. Everything wasn't set up and everything started late. That's why the COD4 tournament ended so freaking late, too.)

OH, and I reformatted my com just for kicks. It's so much faster now. :) But it'll get clogged up soon and I'll reformat again! Reformatting is so much fun. :):):)
